What is Lucky Supply?

Lucky Supply is a leading supplier of fresh food and produce, delivering high-quality ingredients directly to restaurants and wholesalers. We are committed to providing reliable and timely deliveries to support your culinary needs. We have 10+ years in the supplying industry and have recently launched Lucky Supply to accommodate clients that prefer online odering.


Where are you located?

Our headquarters are located in Mississauga, Ontario for pick up orders.

For delivery orders, We service a wide range of areas in the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, North York, East York, Scarborough, and more!

Products and Services

What types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of fresh food products, including fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat. We also carry all the staple pantry items, including spices and sauces. Everything you need from cooking, to take out containers, paper bags and cutlery.

Are your products organic?

We offer both organic and conventionally grown produce. Our purpose is to bring value to your establishment and help keep costs low.

How do you ensure the freshness of your products?

We maintain strict quality control standards and use temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure that all products are delivered fresh. Our produce is sourced from trusted suppliers and farms on a daily basis, and our volume allows us to turn over quickly to ensure the freshest produce for our clients.

Ordering and Delivery

How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our website. For online orders, simply create an account, browse our catalog, and add items to your cart. Our customer service team is also available to assist you with any queries. Monday to Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, the pickup location is 2370 South Sheridan Way, Unit B, Mississauga Ontario (please look for the JBC Pickup sign). The pickup time is Monday-Friday 10:00 am-4:00 pm. Please give us notice at least 2 hours before your arrival, so we can have your order ready while you arrive.


What if I have a large order?

For Wholesale and large volume clients, we offer pallet/Skid pricing. Please email us with you desired quantity, and delivery location within the GTA. We will issue you a large volume invoice for payment and arrange shipping date after.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is none! Free shipping is available for orders over $350, otherwise, there will be a shipping fee added to your order.

How quickly can I expect my delivery?

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible! Please take note of our delivery schedule below:

  • Standard Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 72 hours.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery Days: We deliver from Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?

We may be able to accommodate special requests based on our routes, please call customer service to inquire before confirming your order.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Downtown Toronto, North York, Milton, Burlington, and Scarborough. If your area is not listed, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your needs.

We accept major credit cards, and debit cards.

Can I set up a recurring order?

Yes, we offer recurring order options for our regular customers. This can be set up by contacting our customer service team.
