How to place an order?

Please create an account with the shipping address, add products to the shopping cart, and check out with payment information. Once you submit the order, you will receive an email confirmation that you can check your order details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after?

Unfortunately, you cannot modify the order after. If you want to cancel or modify your order, please contact online chat customer service. Our online chat times run through Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. You can contact us on our off-line chat anytime after our business time.

Will you offer a discount on bulk orders?

On some items, we can offer a discount on pallet orders and truckload orders. Please contact online chat customer service for details.

What is your free shipping fee schedule?

Effective from July 1st, 2022, we will update the shipping fee schedule as follow.
For most Great Toronto Area
• Free shipping on orders $280.00 or more
• $15.00 shipping fee on orders $200.00-$279.99
• $25.00 shipping fee on orders below $200.00
For out-of-town area
• Free shipping on orders $350.00 or more
• $25 shipping fee on orders $200.00-$349.99
• $35 shipping fee on orders below $200.00

What is the order cut-off time?

Order cut off time is 12:00 AM on the scheduled shipping day.

What is the return policy?

1. You may return product(s) within 14 days of purchase with the following exception. Return item must be its original package, unused & unopened. A minimum 10% restocking fee might be applied.
2. Due to food safety concerns, returns are not available for products under Produce, Grain & Flour, Frozen & Dairy, Meat & Seafood. Special order items, clearance items and seasonal items are not returnable.
3. All refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the product(s).
4. Please contact customer service for all return request.

Can I pick up my orders?

Yes, the pickup location is 2370 South Sheridan Way, Unit B, Mississauga Ontario (please look for the JBC Pickup sign). The pickup time is Monday-Friday 9:30 am-5:00 pm. Please give us notice at least 2 hours before your arrival, so we can have your order ready while you arrive.
